23 years experience in Land Acquisition and Planning. Prior to starting Ridgepoint Homes in 2006, Nick worked for Persimmon Homes and Howarth Homes at Director level. Nick has had extensive experience working on large scale mixed use and multiple unit regeneration schemes throughout his career.

Over 28 years experience in the Housebuilding industry. Jon has extensive experience of major land acquisitions, strategic infrastructure led projects, and mixed use schemes. Roles have included Deputy Managing Director and Land & Planning Director at Persimmon and Redrow Homes. A qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), with Masters Degrees from Oxford University and Reading University in Land & Estate Management.

Over 30 years construction experience working within the Housebuilding sector. Andy has worked Taylor Wimpey for 15 years reaching Commercial Manager level before joining Taylor French Developments in 2013. There he started as a Development Manager before progressing to Commercial Director in 2015. Any has experience of working on numerous schemes incorporating traditional building methods as well as concrete and steel frame projects.

Over 28 years construction experience. Having started out in construction as a Carpenter and Joiner gaining his qualifications at Oxford College Nick then progressed into Site Management, running various projects across all sectors. During Nick’s time with Ridgepoint Homes he has progressed from Senior Site Manager to Projects Manger and now Senior Construction Manager. He has recently achieved his NVQ Level 7 in Senior Construction Manager Management and is now looking to gain a Chartered Membership of the CIOB.

Over 20 years experience working in sales and marketing within the construction industry, which has included working on both large and small scale developments as well as refurbishments.

Emma is a Chartered Planner who joined Ridgepoint Homes 2019. She has previously worked for Persimmon Homes as a Planning Consultant, gaining extensive experience with planning on major residential projects, managing planning applications and preparing site appraisals, as well as mixed use scheme, conversions and listed buildings.

Katie joined Ridgepoint Homes in 2016 and has established the customer care into an efficient, well organised department, dealing with all aspects of customer and after sales promptly and effectively.
