Creating sustainable homes on all scales
Our extensive experience enables us to create sustainable new homes across all property types and scale of development, from small apartment collections to large mixed use schemes.
We work closely with planners and local residents to ensure that each development meets the needs of the local community, ultimately delivering new homes that contribute to the environments in which they are located and fulfil the aspirations of purchasers.

Ridgepoint are delighted to have recently donated to Road Farm. Road Farm is a working mixed livestock and arable farm located near Great Missenden. They help people of all ages with a range of special needs and disabilities to get involved on the farm with the animals and countryside management as a kind of therapy, as well as a learning experience. We were also happy to donate some building materials to help build secure pens for some of the animals.
