Creating sustainable homes on all scales

Our extensive experience enables us to create sustainable new homes across all property types and scale of development, from small apartment collections to large mixed use schemes.

We work closely with planners and local residents to ensure that each development meets the needs of the local community, ultimately delivering new homes that contribute to the environments in which they are located and fulfil the aspirations of purchasers.

Raleigh International

Raleigh International is a sustainable development charity.  They work for and with young people, alongside rural communities, to create positive and lasting change.  Their work focuses on three areas: providing access to safe water and sanitation, protecting vulnerable environments and building livelihoods.

Ridgepoint Homes are pleased to sponsor Joshua Beckley, a 22 year old from Rickmansworth who has been selected to volunteer in Tanzania on an International Citizen Service placement.  His challenge is to raise £800 towards the work of Raleigh International and their ICS partners and once in Tanzania to teach English to children, help young entrepreneurs to secure bank loans and manage small businesses in order to help with steady incomes in small communities and help with clean water and sanitation.
